Communication is more than just TALK.
We all communicate, every second of our lives. This doesn’t necessarily just mean language or words, as these only make up a very small part of communication. We’ve all met people who talk all the time but have nothing to say…
Communication means creating experiences in another being and within ourselves. We all set something in motion with our actions and being!
A lot of people think communication is outbound only – but it primarily starts with ourselves.
In business
We can equate the right way of communicating with an increase in efficiency, productivity and, ultimately, higher returns. This applies to every structure and hierarchy within a company.
If the “head” doesn’t know, and thus can’t convey, what direction to take…
If the “body” doesn’t understand what’s being said…

But at the end of the day, communication is about respect. For myself and for the person on the other side of the table. In business as well as in our personal lives.

I find this topic extremely interesting, especially because high tax revenues are contrasted with high fiscal expenditures, even if I don’t always agree with the expense side!
